What do you specialize in helping with?
It’s so common to struggle with one or more of these issues and to find ourselves struggling with
Uncontrolled Worry:
- Constantly worrying “WHAT IF…” / worrying about the future
- Always worrying about the next thing, so that we don’t enjoy what we did/ what’s happening
- Worrying about people not liking us or leaving us
Not feeling free to express ourselves:
- Feeling extremely nervous to perform
- Making our needs small to make others comfortable
- Feeling trapped, stagnant, or dissatisfied with our life situations
- Wanting to talk or connect with others but are unable
- Finding yourself apologizing for everything
Problems in friendships and dating:
- Struggling with making close, authentic friendships
- Feeling lonely and isolated, sometimes even with friends
- Finding ourselves burdened with other people’s problems and emotions

- Wondering if we are broken or defective
- Feeling like we’ll never live up to our own or other people’s expectations. Worrying about disappointing others
- Feeling pressure to keep performing and feeling guilty if unproductive
- Feeling like no one cares and that we don’t matter
- Torturing ourselves when we make mistakes or fail
- Feeling ashamed about our bodies, our qualities, or our past
Constantly worried about what other people think:
- Changing who we are depending on who we’re with
- Feeling sensitive to criticism and negative judgment
- Wondering how others seem to have so much confidence
- Self-conscious and in our heads
- Trying too hard to get people to see us in a certain light
Lack of motivation or productivity:
- Feeling worn down, beat up, stressed out, and depleted
- Struggling with falling asleep or staying asleep
- Feeling numb or detached from the world
- Can’t seem to get motivated or sustain interest
To address these issues, we’ll use the work together to give you more control in understanding and managing your mind, directing focus toward becoming more self-accepting, worthy, secure, and connected. As your mind changes, we’ll work together to allow you to live with more peace, confidence, passion, and gratitude.
